Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, has a printing defect or differs from your order, contact support@loomivio.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Clear pictures make it easier for our team to help. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for a confirmed issue.

Change of mind and sizing

Items are made to order. We do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges for a size or color you selected incorrectly, except where applicable consumer rights require otherwise. Please check product options before ordering.

Return instructions

Contact support@loomivio.com before sending a return so we can confirm the instructions and any return shipping arrangements. Approved returns must be sent to 2101 Touchstone Dr, Chino Valley, AZ 86323, United States.

Refund timing

Once approved, we submit refunds within one business day. The payment provider controls when funds appear in your account. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Reporting an order issue

For support with a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact support@loomivio.com within 21 days of delivery. Keep the packaging and order confirmation while we review your request.
